Information and Referral Center recieves national accreditation
Great Rivers 2-1-1 and The Wisconsin Public Health Hotlines became AIRS (Alliance of Information & Referral Systems) accredited in May 2010. The agency is now among an elite group of information and referral centers who have attained AIRS distinction. The accreditation team made these comments during their on-site visit:
"The Information and Referral Center was impeccably orgnanized"
"They [staff] were very professional and caring."
"All staff members indicated that theid initial training was more than adequate and that ongoing training is always available"
